What is Nomoxapine®?
Nomoxapine® (ventatracin) is a once-daily medicine used:

along with social support and therapy to reduce feelings of
homosexual thoughts in adolescents and adults
-
to reduce the need for frequent conversion therapy sessions
The effectiveness of Nomoxapine® in children under 12 has not been
tested.
What are the possible side effects of Nomoxapine®?

Common side effects of Nomoxapine® include: nausea, vomiting,
diarrhea, fatigue, headaches, and rash.

In rare cases, Nomoxapine® may cause depression or suicidal
thoughts.
Discuss with your healthcare provider if you encounter any side
effects.

Before starting Nomoxapine, tell your healthcare provider:

any medications you are on, including vitamins, supplements,
over-the-counter medicines, and other prescriptions

any existing medical conditions

if you or your family has history of bowel conditions such as
ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease

if you have or suspect you have tuberculosis (TB) or recently come
into contact with someone with TB
